Sarah Noe Johnson
Sarah focuses primarily on employment-based immigration matters, with an emphasis on investor and multinational manager/executive visas. Sarah also prepares immigrant petitions for individuals with extraordinary ability and assists companies with applications for foreign workers in specialty occupations.
Sarah brings to the firm an advanced understanding of complex business immigration cases gained from experience working at a San Antonio-based immigration law firm. She has worked with highly diverse clientele in various industries and professions, and having grown up overseas, understands the anxieties of immigrating to a new country.
Sarah also handles matters with the immigration courts, assisting clients in removal proceedings by evaluating and pursuing available remedies, including waivers, claims for asylum, immigration bonds, and applications for cancellation of removal.
Prior to joining the firm, Sarah operated her own legal practice focusing on immigration law, family law and probate matters.
Sarah is committed to Pro Bono Service as shown by her involvement with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program and she takes pride in offering her legal services to individuals in the community who are otherwise unable to afford legal counsel.
